Under Reverse charge mechanism , we are paying service tax as a manufacturer (SR), than credit available under work contract.

Yes credit is available as these services are your input service and shall be used in either manufacture of final products or provision of output service.
However, as regards to credit in respect of works contract it shall not be available if it is used in
(a) construction or execution of works contract of a building or a civil structure or a part thereof; or
b) laying of foundation or making of structures for support of capital goods,
