We are a trading company providing business auxilary services also. We purchased MS office License on which Service tax was paid. Can we take the input credit on service tax paid for capital assets, If yes please also give logic.

Yes, you can take the credit. In the first year 50% of the service tax credit can be utilised and the balance amount can be utilised subcequent year/s
