Whether the In put credit is available for the service tax differetial Invoice raised by our creditor after getting the registration no. but related to the invoices raised without service tax during the period in which he was in a process of obtaining registration cerificate.

If your creditor is paying tax on differential value after registration then there is no problem in availing such credit.
