Inprincipal approval for nidhi company

02 December 2017 SIR, do I need to take in principle approval for filing INC-1 for NIDHI COMPANY.it is asking so. please guide me what to do.if I select NO then the word NIDHI Can not be inserted which is mandatory for forming Nidhi company.

05 December 2017 No need of any " in principle approval" bcoz As per RBI master circular on this matter, Nidhi companies are exempted form this 'in principle approval'. So download the said circular for your reference and write a declaration and attached it with the circular in mandatory attachment. Do this for name approval and incorporation process.
