Suppose I could not link my pan card with adhar upto Jul 2017,can it be done later

Yes, it can be done later on but if you are a salaried employee or an assessee you is not required to get his accounts audited, do it before 31st July because after 1st July return cannot be filed without adhaar and after 31st July belared return is to be filed and if interest u/s 234A may also be levied if return is files after due date
