My Client worked Madhyaprasdeh than that person left the job than now he is working in Amravati Maharashtra Than what is procedur for Withdrawl or transfer the EPF a/C

take form 19 and form 10 duly countersigned from employer and submit to EPF office for withdrawl of amounts
in case of transfer form 13 should be filed with the EPF office duly countersigned by employer
in case of transfer form 13 should be filed with the EPF office duly countersigned by employer
