Sir,
I got a notice from ito ward of my district regarding failing to apply itr and it has been written to respond online within 20 days from date of issue of the notice. But the notice has been delievered to me after 20+ days. Now, please suggest me...what i should do?

Generally , a letter has to be filed for seeking time to file ITR due to belated receipt
of the notice. Thereafter, with in the extended time sought for, return has to be filed.
