Dear Experts,
Kindly clarify my doubt urgent plz...
My articleship training was started from 30th Sep 2012 will end on 29th Sep 2015. Now i already complete my articleship period of 2 years 3 months and 12 days with excess leave of 15 days. (30/09/2012 to 11/01/2015)
Please clarify me, shall i go for Industrial Training from 12th Jan 2015. If i go for industrial training, My training period will be 8 months and 2.5 weeks (12/01/2015 to 29/09/2015). but while adding excess leave taken (15 days) with training period it will be 9 months and 0.5 weeks.
Is it allowable?. Kindly confirm it as early as possible. And also post your comments at mkarthickkumar007 @ gmail.com

My doubt still not clarified sir. There should be a minimum period of 9 months. But my situation is like above.

1)You are not eligible for industrial training if you served more than 2 years 3 months articles
Try to exit from articles before 2 years 3 months service on paper with your boss support if he accepts for this
