individual return form-2 e(return) for the financial year 2007-08

21 December 2007 Dear All,

If any person file individual return form-2(e-return) for the asst. year 2007-08 on 31-07-07 but he have not digital signature and he paid all income tax liability on 20-07-2007.But could not file form V with I Tax dept.than IncomeTax dept.,would be treat with assesse.

22 December 2007 YOUR QUERRY IS NOT CLEAR AND/OR WRONG, BECAUSE FINANCIAL YEAR 2007-08 IS STILL RUNNING.

22 December 2007 i guess you are asking for assessment year 2007-08 .. if so.. then you will have to file another return as the ITR V has to be filed within 15 days of filing the returns(e-filing).. so if its not filed its deemed to be not filed..
