Is it possible to upload Returns of F:Y: 2012-2013 online

Not possible to file online return of AY 2013-14 as the last date was 31.03.2015. You can submit paper return in your Jurisdiction. If it is a refund case you need to invoke Section 119(2) i.e., application for condonation of delay in filing of return.
