individual & huf compulsory to file Balance Sheet with all assets & liability? from A.y 2013-14... A per some press realise?

yes. but there is a limit in the new ITR forms i.e. individual having his total income exceeding 25 lakhs. while checking the new itr forms i found the asset description.
