Incorrect authorised share capital

19 November 2012 Hello, one of my clients has disclosed incorrect authorised share capital in its AUDITED financials for the year 2011 12., now at the time of filing his ROC,we came to know the mistake done,

Can you pl suggest the remedy for the same ?

If you have not filed the same with ROC, then you can correct if it is possible and then file.
