I am incorporating a private limited company. Form 1A has been filed with 3 subscribers. Now I am filing Form 1,18,32 in which i want to add one more subscriber to the shares i.e., wanted to file with 4 subscribers..Can i do so????

You will take NOC from all subscriber for introducing new subscriber and attached such NOC with Form-1.
