18 November 2008 1) First obtain DIN No for one or two promoters.
2) Check for availability of name by filing FORM 1A - Fee Rs500/=
3) Obtain Digital signature for one of the promoter
4)After getting the name, prepare articles and memorandum, necessary stamping has to be done.
5) Articles and Memorandum are to be signed by the promoters and to be witnessed signed by either CA/CS or Advocate etc.,File Form 1,18 and 32 for registration.
