29 August 2014 Can anyone guide me to fill INC 21.INC 21 asking about the stamp duty. so which the stamp duty information I required to fill in the same.

29 August 2014 e-form INC21 is a declaration. So you have to buy non-judicial stamp paper for Rs. 25/-, the particulars are to be filled in the e-form ,and to attach the stamp paper as well with the said form.

30 August 2014 thanks for reply. please also tell me can i use franking instead of Stamp Paper on the same INC 21 and attach the same with the form
