25 October 2012 I want to file my I.T returns form the F.Y 2009-10 on wards.
my income source is salary & below taxable income but i want to file nil returns.

What i do?
Whether I can file all the returns (F.y 2009-10,10-11 & 11-12 File returns online or manually Plz.give me suggestion .

25 October 2012 You cann't file the return for F.Y.2009-10 now, because of according to section 139(4), belated return due date elapsed.
Now you can file F.y.2010-11,11-12 under section 139(4).

In case you received any notice u/s 142(1) from the department regarding to the F.Y.2009-10 i.e A.y.2010-11 to file the return of income then you can file you return of income for F.Y.2009-10 only. Otherwise you couldn't file such year return in any way.
