for filing the return is it enough that a director have digital signature?
or whether the company it self should have the dsc?

1. DSC of Mg. Director would suffice.
2. (a) No annexures if No tax audit/ cost audit.
(b) If the above audit is required annexures are :-
balance sheet
profit and loss account
audit report under Co's Act,2013
Form 3CA and 3CD.
cost audit report.
