13 October 2010 As per Sec 158BB the undisclosed income of the block period shall be the agrregate of the total income of the previous years ( 6 assessment years) falling within the block period computed.

Assessee will submit the return in Form 2B.

Return to be submitted within the time limit given by authority in order.
