We have formed an TRUST in March-2013. But the bank account is opened in SEP-2013.There is no single transactions in MAR-2013. But we have to file "NIL" Income Tax Return for AY 2013-2014. Can We file. IS Charatered Accountant required to file the TRUST Return. Also what is the procedure for filing the income tax return. Please guide.
