Dear Sir,
I need your suggestion that my friend filled his last two years return on time but i still he can't not submit his return for the f.y 09-10 (14-04-10), his income were not taxable so could be submit his return now

DUE DATE FOR FILLING ITR FOR THE F.Y 09-10(A.Y. 2010-11) IS 31/7/2010,
YES HE CAN SUBMIT HIS RETURN NOW, BUT UNTIL ITR FORM NOT NOTIFIED BY CBDT JUST WAIT
