23 August 2011 an assesse has filed income tax return for A.Y. 2011-12 with Refund of Rs. 15000.

Now he wants to file income tax return for A.Y. 2010-11 with refund of Rs. 5000. income is below taxable limit.


Can he file his income tax return for A.Y. 2010-11 after the date of filing income tax return for 2011-12 ?
