If person have salary income and commission income both then which return should be filed?

If your Commission income is more than your salary income , then your primary income is Commission & its a business income, but the negative part is you can not avail the benefit of Filling Return under Presumptive scheme as per Sec-44AD . You have to file ITR 3.
