16 July 2016 174Respective Sir,
My TDS deduct in the A.Y.- 2013-14 and 2014-15, but i have not filed itr. I recd. a letter from income tax department non filling of itr.
Can i file my itr for the A.Y.-2013-14 and 2014-15.
Please give me a suggestion what i do .

18 July 2016 You can file belated return before expiry of one year from the end of the relevant assessment year or completion of assessment whichever is earlier.
