174Respective Sir,
My TDS deduct in the A.Y.- 2013-14 and 2014-15, but i have not filed itr. I recd. a letter from income tax department non filling of itr.
Can i file my itr for the A.Y.-2013-14 and 2014-15.
Please give me a suggestion what i do .

You can file belated return before expiry of one year from the end of the relevant assessment year or completion of assessment whichever is earlier.

Dear Rajesh jee as Amrita jee said now you can file your income tax return form f.y. 2014-15, 2015-16 only
