Dear Expert pls tell me. 1. A govt employee has not file the ITR For AY 13-14, while his TDS is deducted in Excess amount. Can He file the return at present or not. and 2. If a employee furnish wrong detail in ITR (like he has no medical ploicy, but fill in ITR Rs 9500 paid as medical policy and claim the refund), then what will be the effect on furnish wrong detail.
