Please tell me which ITR form I should use.

I am a professional but not prescribed in Sec.44AA

My TDS is executed u/s 194J by the Deductor

Kindly answer me

I am in fix between ITR4 and ITR4s

18 September 2013 Professional need to file ITR-4 only. ITR-4S will be filed by those are covered under presumptive taxation. but professional cannot go for presumptive taxation

19 September 2013 but Sir last year for A.Y.2012-13, my friend has filed ITR4s for my return and claimed refund

Department has already issued me refund.

So this time , I want to know what is the appropriate form

because Department has considered my return valid for A.Y.12-13
