Income tax refund very urgent

28 August 2012 Dear sir, i am working in pvt ltd company, one of my senior who's tds deducted by company in F.Y 2010-11, was not showing in 26as because company has not filled the e-tds return that time,
company was not in a operation on that year & there was not any accountant in office but the calculation of tds on salary done by the our CA & they forget about the e-return.

now my query is, is there any way out to get credit of that much amount because amount is big i.e ( 24000/- ) second thing is this if suppose i filled the e tds return of 10-11 ( last qtr ) the company will came under default of non filling of tds return & attract the penalty on it?.

( i am working in same company as accountant, and employee is my manager he was also not aware about it ) so please suggest me, is there any way to get refund this amount.

because currently the amount is not benifitting to company as well as the employee can i filled the e-tds return or any other way pls. suggest it is very urgent

28 August 2012 in this case you should ask your superior authorities to file tds returns of the company otherwise you should ask them to get back your money which has cut from your salary as TDS.

28 August 2012 what about the penalty & interest on late filling of e-tds return , are they demand for penalty ? for e - tds return of 10-11 last qtr
