Pl explain the procedure to reissue of refund cheque if the same has been returned undelivered by the postal deptt.

26 August 2011 1) If income tax return is filed in paper format,the tax payer should contact his / her Assessing Officer and inform about the change in the correspondence address.

26 August 2011 Sir, Return was filed in paper format for A/y 2009-10 dated 30-09-10 in Mumbai but now the assesee has been shifted to Hisar( Haryana).Refund amount is 93590.
From where to contact.

Pl help to provide the solution.
