Income tax refund.

For The F.Y. 2009-10 Rs. 11,393/- TDS was deducted on Interest & F.Y. 2010-11 Rs. 12, 471/- TDS deducted on Interest by my Bank . Last year I am not aware of this deduction and haven't submitted return.
Please tell the the procedure how to claim refund for the F.Y. 2009-10 & 2010-11.

Please tell me shall I file single return for the F.Y. 2009-10 & F.Y. 2010-2011 or I have to file seperate return for both the F.Y. Seperately.
