Dear all,
If an individual has four house property among them one is self occupied, two is rented & one is vacant in the year 2008-2009, There are four loan account against each house property what will be the income treatment of the same.
what will be the income tax treatment of the vacant House Property in the year.

Income from House property need to calculate each house separatly and related Housing loan interest can be claimed separatly subject to the limits
LOP- Actual interest
SOP- Actual or Rs.1.5 lakhs which is lower
LOP- Actual interest
SOP- Actual or Rs.1.5 lakhs which is lower
