Income tax on asseessees

Hello Everyone There ia an assessee earning both business and salary incomes but in ITR by mistakely salary Income is not disclosed and the business income is wrongly disclosed as a result of which instead of profit a loss is shown but the assessee is under audit and has earned good amount of profit. Please let me the best possible remedy for this.

if itr filed within due date u/s 139(1) then file revise return u/s 139(4)
