Income tax is paid on wrong pan card number

25 April 2013 HI, I Have Joined a Company in july and while joinging they have taken my PAN card number wrongly and 2012-2013 tax has been paid to the wrong PAN card number. What is the procrdure to correct the PAN card number for the Tax i have paid till now .Can please help me out this issues?

25 April 2013 What i understood is that your salary TDS has been credited in wrong PAN (Not yours)

You should ask you company to revise TDS return for resepctive period where they will make correction of PAN
