20 September 2016 Can we file the Income tax return of deceased per by claiming TDS deducted in his PAN by siging the ITR by his legal Representative. What is the steps to file ?

20 September 2016 get the legal representative registered on the income tax website, through his/her PAN. Please follow the link

20 September 2016 Register as legal heir by obtaining certificate from Thasildar in the E filing site(Login and select my request), and after legal heir approval return can be filed by legal heir.

24 September 2016 Wether Legal heir Can File the return of Deceased person in a Separate ITR ?
Or else along with his Income in the Same ITR?

under his PAN or Under Deceased Person's PAN?

24 September 2016 Register under deceased person's PAN.
Separate ITR has to be filed in the name of deceased person and under deceased person's PAN. Income up to the date of the death has to be considered.
Income after death will be considered in the name of legal heir.
