Sir,
I am working for a software company as Oprns. Manager, I need to get the investment details from the employees for the purpose of Salary(TDS) calculation(for the Fin. year 2011-12)
Kindly let me know what details I should ask from the employees

Ask them about there income from other Sources, House property and Eligible deductions Under Chp VI-A.
