can i filled previous four year income tax return below limit

No. Financial year 2007-08 and 2008-09 can be filed. Preceeding two years to that cannot be filed voluntarily being barred by time.

I agree with experts.
for fy 05-06 & 06-07, those return are now time barred. You cannot filed those voluntarily.
