IN AUDITED PARTNERSHIP CONCERN DURING THE AY 2012/13 FIN YR 1-04-2011 TO 31-03-2012 INDIVIDUAL TRANSPORT OPERATOR PAYMENTS WITHOUT TDS EXCEEDINGS LIMIT REQUIERS ANY DECLARATION FORM ALONGWITH PAN CARD NO MENTIONED IN THE TRANSPORT BILLS OR NOT NO CONTRACT AGREEMENT ARE MADE PL REPLY

no declaration is required..... If tds required to be done, must be done...except the deductor has received a letter from the assessing officer not to do TDS
