IF A CONTRACT ITS MENTION DOCTORS DO NOT PRACTIE IN ANY OTHER PLACE,ITS IS BINDING NATURE,AND AO TREATING EMPLOYEE AND EMPLOYER RELATIONSHIP ONLY THIS CONTRACT PAPER ANY GROUND FOR SAVE THE EMPLOYEE AND EMPLOYER RELATIONSHIP? MY CASE IS UNDER TDS WARD AND AO ASKING ME U AND YPUR EMPLOYER IS BINDING FOR THIS CONTRACT PAPER SO YOU ARE A SALARIED EMPLOYEE NOT CONSUKLTANT?PLZ ADVISE ME WHAT DEFENCE AVAILABLE FOR ME
