My client settled his property in favour of his children and the enjoyment right including rent receipts in favour of his wife.
However TDS Certificates on rent receipts issued in wife's name.
Whether rent receipts are offered as income in the hands of my children or wife or in my favour.

Wife being the virtual owner of the property, rental income is to be assessed in the name of wife.
