I have alrady self occupied Property & this property I have claim the interest on Home Loan & I have purchase another house property & get loan. Last two year I had not get the deduction of Interest on the secound home loan. Now in this year I have get the possession. the secound property can be shown as demeed let out.Can I claim the last two year Interest in this year

NO. THE ARREAR INTEREST BEFORE POSSESSION CAN BE SET OFF DURING NEXT 5 YEAR INCLUDING THE YEAR OF OCCUPATION.
