Dear Experts,
I would like to know if a company owns a plot and give the same to other company on rent for running business.
This income will be treated as Income from House Property for the Landlord.
I want to know the percentage of Tax applicable for this particular income after calculating taxable income from House Property.

it will be included in the total income of co and then 30% shall be charged.
