sir, please answer my query. i have income from LIC business and i have not filed tds returns for A.Y. 10-11,11-12 and 12-13 can i use ITR-4 to file the returns ?

Lic agency is 'business' as per ICAI guidelines. Therefore, commission income therefrom is income from business for which ITR 4 can be used for ASSESSMENT YEARS 2011-12 and 2012-13. Return of income for assessment year 2010-11 can't be filed vlountarily right now being barred by time.
