Within how many days one should file INC 21
after incorporation of company.
Is it required to file by companies having share of 1 lakh. Form INC 21 ask for Stamp Duty,what should be the value of stamp duty for the same.
Please Help.

INC21 has to be filed with in 180 days from the date of incorporation of the company.
