Can anyone fwd the list of items on which the sales tax is imposed

Hi Chaitanya,
On every item there is sales tax imposed. but please specify to which state u are talking about as each state will have their own schedules listed with the materials under specified sales tax rates.
if further requird to know, please refer the respective states commercial taxes department website from Google.com and go to Schedules under that state. Then you will find under which state, which product, what is the sales tax rate prevailing and which may be amended by the Government from time to time till GST comes into implementation.
