I have a doubt regading a case .My Client has died and his wife wants to transfer one of their immovable property to her husband's own sister.Is their any way to do tax planning etc., If i advice them to do settlement the market value is higher in that area and results in so much of Registration Taxes .Kindly help ..as to how to register the property in the husband s sister name ?

Gift to relative is exempted from income tax. So the property can be transferred through gift deed with less stamp duty.
