if gross amt of courier bill given rs 1000 but not specified service tax on it
can we claim service tax assuming service tax included in rs 1000 as per following formula 1000.rs/110.3%*10.3%

It can be taken only in the invoice specified as price inclusive of service tax or it need to be shown service tax separately
