can any one guide me ,i m wrking man,i m planning to join the ICWAI course ,
should i need to take the classes or can study at home and appear.

is it difficult to pass the ICWAI exam
can any one give the tips on the above.

You first need to tell from which background do you belong to i.e Commerce or Any other ? And what you have done till yet, then only we can suggest a suitable answer to this Query.

i m from commerce background, having 12 yrs exp. in accounts and finance field.
this will be my fit course after the b.com
