Mr. Saroj,
Now you can file registration application on line, to the web site of HVAT department.You can also send atached copies of the documents asked in the application.Whenthe the web site receives your application it gives a number.Sometimes they also give th date of visit of an official to verify the data uploaded by you to your business office.If not,you have to go personally to the concerned LVO office and attend to the further proceedings.
