Can a son who is already a KARTA of his HUF, be the KARTA of his Father's HUF if his father dies....??????
e.g if a person has four sons and he is Karta
of HUF and the three sons are also having Huf
and the fourth son is MINOR, then who will be the KARTA of Father's HUF if the father dies...?????
what will be the solution of the same query is the fourth son is MAJOR instead of minor????

In both the cases only Major Son can be the Karta of His father's HUF along with his own HUF.

Mr. Sanjay, Thanks for ur reply, please tell me if the Major son don't want to be the KARTA of his Father's HUF then is there any other provision....?????

Any of the three major son or the wife of deceased person can become karta.
