23 March 2011 Hi all,

My only source of income is from salary. I have housing loan and made investments upto 1,00,000 +20,000.

At present I fall under 30% slab rate of tax.

Will creation of HUF help me in reducing the tax any way.

23 March 2011 No creation of HUF will not help you in any way as your source of Income is Income from Salary.
