14 June 2019 How can we provide HSN/SAC summary in GSTR 9, when we purchased a lot of goods & services from such entity who have their annual turnover below Rs.1.5 Crore and therefore they are not bound to mention HSN/SAC on their Outward Supply Bill according to GST Council's Notification No.12/2017 Dt- 28th June 2017

14 June 2019 HSN details are required to be declared only for those INWARD SUPPLIES whose value independently is 10% or more of the total value of inward supplies

14 June 2019 Still the question remain firmed even for independently is 10% or more of the total value of inward supplies, how will it be find when the suppliers are not bound to furnish HSN/SAC on their Invoice

15 June 2019 You are right ? Many taxpayers are facing this issue and it seems representation has also been given to Government in this regards .
