Can the benefit of HRA & Interest on Housing loan be taken simulteneously if person stays & owns house in same city?

a person staying away from his own house due to employment and business purpose in different place he can claim for his own house as self occupied and GAV is NIL.please refer sec.23(2b) and HRA also can claim for Rent paid by him
